Ryan Callaghan, CFA, CFP®, CIPM, CAIA®

Ryan is a Partner at Harbor Group and currently serves as our Chief Investment Officer. In this role, he oversees the firm’s investment management strategies and manages our client service operations.

Before joining Harbor Group in 2012, Ryan worked for Fidelity Investments. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, from the University of New Hampshire, graduating magna cum laude. He went on to earn a Master of Science in Financial Planning from Bentley University, graduating with high distinction.

Beyond his professional achievements, Ryan is committed to giving back to his community. He currently serves as a Trustee of the Trust Funds for the Town of Bedford, sits on the board of directors for the NH Jump$tart Coalition—a nonprofit focused on improving financial literacy for students—and is a board member of Amoskeag Health’s Children’s Public Health Fund. He previously served on the Board of Trustees of Trust Funds for the City of Manchester.

Ryan was recognized by the Union Leader as one of New Hampshire’s “40 Under Forty”, an honor celebrating emerging leaders making a meaningful impact in their communities.

Ryan lives in Bedford, NH, with his wife, Maria, and their three daughters: Maeve, Emma, and Maura. Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
