Dayna is a Tax Administrator at Harbor Group, bringing an extensive background in administrative support within the tax and financial services fields. In her role, she supports the tax team and clients with a full range of administrative needs, ensuring efficient workflow and a smooth, organized experience for both colleagues and clients.
Prior to joining Harbor Group in January 2026, Dayna spent 2.5 years as an Office Manager for a local financial advisor, strengthening her operational management skills and client service expertise. Before that, she worked for a local CPA firm in a tax-focused administrative support role, where she collaborated closely with Peter Lee—now Harbor Group’s Director of Tax Planning—and Shelby Carrigan, a Tax Planner at Harbor Group.
Dayna is known for her strong organizational abilities, clear communication style, reliability, and her talent for managing multiple priorities efficiently. She consistently supports teams by keeping processes on track and ensuring key details are handled accurately.
She lives in Manchester with her husband, Paul, and their five rescue cats—Cheese, Rogue, Rocky, Logan, and Boots. Outside of work, Dayna enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time outdoors, and being with family and friends. One of her greatest joys is time spent with her five granddaughters.
